Participate in exercise/wargame planning and design (e.g., Concept Development Conference (CDC), Initial Planning Conference (IPC), Main Planning Conference (MPC), and Final Planning Conference (FPC)) to support MCLOG exercises/training events/wargames and exercises/training events/wargames in which MCLOG participates.
Provide joint logistics expertise in support of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating Joint logistics considerations within MCLOG's training programs.
Create exercise products that will replicate the role of a Joint logistics and theater logistics activates in support of a Joint Force within a theater in order to realistically support training objectives.
Use Joint Logistics Enterprise knowledge, Joint Military Planning processes to provide a constructive training environment for exercises/training events/wargames to observe learning outcomes.
Develop geographically-specific, reality-based, theater-level logistics scenarios, threads, and injects for inclusion into Joint Master Scenario Events List (JMSEL) for MCLOG exercises/training events/wargames.
Provide recommendations to MCLOG to design future exercises to more effectively train commanders of logistics organizations and senior logistics staff officers.
Knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at the Joint operational command level.
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and/or SharePoint.
Provides exercise design expertise to all areas of the MCLOG program.

Occasional travel may be required.
Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company’s auto insurance provider.
