The Field Service Representative provides front line logistics and technical support throughout all phases of MCTIS supported training events.
FSRs are the backbone of the support team. During equipment issue, the FSR provides the bulk of the workforce issuing equipment and helps training attendees properly integrate the MCTIS training system with their normal equipment. They provide classes and instruction on each aspect of the MCTIS system. During a training event, the FSRs form Contact Teams that assist with emergent equipment issues, battery exchanges, troubleshooting, and additional equipment training for the training unit in the field.
